Inner-City Action Network (ICAN) — “Turning I can’t into ICAN.” — is a peer-led, culturally rooted behavioral health organization restoring hope, strengthening families, and supporting youth and fathers impacted by trauma and inequities. We advance healing-centered mentoring, advocacy, and community leadership to build safe, resilient communities where strong fathers, empowered youth, and collective healing drive lasting transformation.
